2025 PTC Young Group Invite Food Form

The 2025 Young Group Invite is quickly approaching.  The invite is planned for the weekend of October 24-26.  ALL are welcome and encouraged to participate, the Young Group would love the participation of the church in this weekend.  In order for those planning the food to know how much they need to prepare, we would greatly appreciate if you could fill out the form below with the meals you plan to be at & the number of people in your family that we should plan for during the weekend if you plan to eat at any meals.
